Cohan turned 2!!! And this year I made him Dirtbike Cupcakes, and all toppers were cut out and painted by hand, Lots of love went into these! Just another photo to add to by portfolio!

Youtube Rocks!

I can see it now, my own baking show!♥

I've said it before but Youtube is the best place to get how to videos! Especially for hair and make up! Part of me is so tempted to start my own! I mean every now and then I like to super indulge in a good make up sessions and do the hair extension, But man! Everyday! thats alot of work to have people notice you and to actually want your advice! As soom as I can come up with something that Im good at maybe one day Ill make a how to video!♥ Who knows maybe I could get my own cupcake show! I'd be the brunette Casey Reinhardt!

Eloping In Vegas!

Isn't a fun idea? We had been in Vegas for about 3 days with our friends Ken and Tanya, when we decided we wanted to "re-new" our vows so We took a cab ride down to the court house, Bought ourselves a licence and hit The World Famous Pawn Shop. From Pawn Stars. I was a little disappointed with how small it was and there were no recognizable stars from the show so we caught another cab back up the strip and found a local David's Bridal The Boys went and played some slots in a near by casino while Tanya and I tried on dresses. There were so many to choose from but I knew I wanted a tea length dress, and a bird cage vail. Luckily there was one dress my size on the model. It fit perfectly so I took it and the vail and also a pair of Verra Wang white silk flats. Then we fit up a flower shop next door. We caught a break because her new order had just come in minutes before we walked in! She was able to make me a bouquet in about an hour. Everything Seriously just fell into place that day! On our way back to the room we needed to find a chapel. and the Little White Chapel seemed so cheesy and over done. We wanted something that said Vegas but still down to earth. That's when our Cab driver suggested the Chapel of the West, Claimed Angelina and Billy Bob were married there. Lol that wasn't a selling point. But what was a selling point was that it was right across from the Mandalay Bay, where we were staying! And It was so cute! An old wooden Chapel on a small green hill. I was sold the Minute we drove by! Bobby called and made the reservations for 7 o'clock and he even surprised me with a stretch Limo out front! Ive never been in one so I felt like a complete princess!  As luck had it I was having a perfect hair day and the Mac Make-up store was able to slip me in for a free make up session! So I walked out with my make up done, fake lashes on and feeling sexy! Over all this was the best Vegas trip ever!

I highly recommend if you're going to Vegas to look on line and find a club promoter to get yourself "on the list". Then they text you the information, when to show up and sometimes your guys get in free too! We hit up the Ghost Bar, Jet, and Club Liquid. It was amazing! Go when the places are less busy and you're more likely to get things for free or a lower cost than if you go when they're busy! And Check out the Cupcakery in the Monte Carlo! Their cupcakes where amazing!!

So here they are my lovely Shabby Chic cuppies!♥

Bentley!!

Just have to Brag a little about my new puppy, Bentley. He's handsome and smart and its kinda like having a new baby in the house. Only this baby has claws and razor sharp teeth. And while this baby is tearing into your flesh you cant help but think,"Boy, look at those adorable brown eyes...."
Yep so far he's everything I've ever wanted in a dog. He doesn't listen, has really stinky poop and eats my kids... what more could I ask for?!?
Just kidding while yes he dose all thee above he offers more too! Walking him every night has provided the best work out regimen a girl could have! Someday he'll be trained and some day it wont be such an epic battle to get him to walk on the right side, which is the left side... right? Right. I took him to the vet yesterday to get all his puppy shots and they gave him a de-wormer.... which I was not aware of, and later last night as we went for our tug-of-war walk he decides he has to poop... (That's OK cause I was prepared with my little plastic blue poop bag!) But I was not expecting what happened next. Let me tell ya I was a little freaked out and a little curious at the same time. My dog pooped out worms. Yep dead baby snakes. So I'm freaked out, which is freaking my husband out and all I want to do is squat down and stare at it! Yuck, I know. So I baggie the #2 up and toss it in the closest garbage can I can find cause while I was caring that thing around all I could Envision was these dead worms coming to life and forcing their way through the little blue plastic baggie that was my last and only line of defense that was keeping them from piercing my skin and GIVING ME WORMS!!! I think I did a spaz walk the whole way home. Little creepy chills from what I just witness shivered down my spine with every step I took....
Now I'm just trying to get back to that, "Awe, that's my adorable Puppy!" place instead of this ," You're nothing but a worm farm Dog!!"
P.S took him out this morning, Poop looked good! He's now worm free and I'm back to Loving him!

McKenzie's 6th Birthday Party

So this year a real theme has been set. Wow.... a real theme that we're going to stick with and everything! Last year there was a bunch of randoms, you know, whatever she thought was cute we used. But this year I was able to wrangle her into the idea of a whimsical tea party. along the lines of Alice in wonderland, minus the poker cards and painting the roses red and stuff. So we went on a long hunt to decide what we wanted to use for invites. I'm not very big on plain paper invites, so we hit all the local 2nd hand shops, ie goodwill. and bought 15 random tea cups. Then I made up some invites on the computer, slapped them on a tag and called it good. Ok it was a lil more than that but here they are!
I have a long list of small supplies I gotta pick up to complete the parties theme. But my goal is to try and make everything myself! From pink cake pops to tissue paper pom-poms to hang from the ceiling. I'm really excited! RSVPs are finally rolling in and the tea cups appear to be a big hit! Stay tuned for more updates!♥
